RESIDENCY APPLICATION AND DETAILS

 All perspective tenants or owners over the age of 18 must complete the attached residency application and submit it along with a $125.00 application fee made payable to Patios Del Mar II HOA. The completed application and fee may be mailed to 6648 Patio Lane, Boca Raton, FL 33433 or placed in the HOA mailbox at the community mailbox center. Estoppel requests can be emailed to Patiosdelmarii@gmail.com. The estoppel fee is $125.00 

 Please review the sixth amendment of the association’s governing documents for the pet breed restrictions. Perspective owners may only have 2 dogs that meet these restrictions 

 The lease agreement must be written and have a term on not less than 1 year. The lease agreement must refer to Patios Del Mar II Covenants and Restrictions and lessee(s) must abide by these terms and conditions. No lease shall be effective prior to approval the Board of Directors. Renters may only have 1 dog weighing no more than 25 lbs. that meets the breed restrictions detailed in the sixth amendment of the association’s governing documents
